"That's not a good look."
"I have no words."
"It was just a joke!"
"Oh, no... wait, I thought of some.
Jerk... ass... arrogant... inconsiderate...
mindless... frat-boy... lowlife...
buttface miscreant!"
Rory & Logan
- Gilmore Girls. Every time I catch an episode of Gilmore Girls, it reminds me just how lovely the series is. No matter how many times you watch the entire series. Therefore, even though I am currently watching it, I wish to watch the entire Gilmore Girls series. Again.
The week before I left for college I watched the episode where Rory moves to Yale. The week after I moved in, I watched it again. It was really... neat. To be on both sides of the spectrum within a weeks time was an interesting thing.
- The old Mary Kate and Ashley movies. I haven't seen them in years, and I really want to find out what 19 year old Allyson's perspective is on them. Educated guess? I'd still enjoy them.
- Little Miss Sunshine. Because it's just that good.
- Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Because I've never seen it, and I've heard wonderful things.
- Doctor Who. Everyone is getting into it, and although I'm not usually a join the bandwagon type of girl, it must be quality.
- Dollhouse. It was only two seasons long, but I've heard wonderful things about it from multiple people.
- Spring Awakening and The Last Five Years. These musicals are not touring near me anytime soon. When Spring Awakening was in Wisconsin, I was in Minnesota. When it was in Minnesota, I was in Wisconsin. Poop on this.
Things I have seen recently:
- 42nd Street. Fun musical, very well done, incredible tap dancing.
- An Education. Watch this movie.
- Julie and Julia. Very good. I think I went into it with too high of expectations, though. Also, the end was a little... unsatisfying.
Sorry, lists are my way of copping out in this blog. I'm doing pretty awful at writing anything worthwhile for BEDA. Sadness.
Emily, thanks for the offer! :] However, I think I'm just going to buy it. I mean, it's John Green... it's worth it!
Rad: Friday nights occasionally spent alone.
Unrad: MATH.
xx
Ah, the old Mary Kate and Ashley movies. I used to be addicted as a kid ...
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind yet either, and I've been told multiple times that I must, must, must see it.
Hope you had a wonderful Friday! =]
My roommates and I have Mary Kate and Ashley bonding nights because one of them still owns the VHS tapes and our TV has a DVD/VCR combo in it. They are silly and wonderful all at once.
ReplyDeleteDoctor Who! Yes, I'm the same way. I never watched it but my roommate is apparently a big fan and she is going to get me on the bandwagon, I just know it.
The lists are lovely! I love lists anyway.
I've not seen much of the old series of Dr. Who, but I watched the first episode of the new series when it aired in Aus today and it was really good!
