Hello, life. Mind if I take advantage of you?
I lied. I don't feel like talking about movies today. Also, this can't be my Easter blog, because that's what tomorrow is for. So basically, this blog is a failure at it's trade, because I'm tired and I just got home from watching a horrible movie that messed with my brain.
Today was not a failure, though. I got to see my best friend. This, in and of itself, will make any day a good day. I had to check out a book from the library. Since I hadn't used my card in a while, it was time for my "yearly check-up". This means I have to pay my fines before I check out. All of it. So, my five dollars in coffee cash went towards a stupid icky fine. Poop. On. This.
All is well, though. I still got my coffee.
All of a sudden, I have all these blogs to read every single day. It's rather fun. I think I may get too used to this by the time May rolls around, and then be hit by lack-of-daily-blogging depression.
I think the fact that I missed the Muse concert while I was in Chicago is following me. Everywhere. Even weeks after the fact. I keep hearing things about their tour, randomly hearing their music on the radio on the rare occasions that I have the radio on, and for goodness sake I even heard girls talking about the concert in the bathroom. BAH. A year ago, I told myself if they ever come to the Midwest, I would go. I did try folks, I did. But no one told me they'd sell out that fast and be sold on Ebay for THAT much. Trying isn't enough for next time. I must persevere until I succeed.
No one answered my question about Shaq. Seriously. Why. Is there some sort of marketing connection that I'm missing here? Is Shaq promoting a new shoe or something? Perhaps a teeth whitener? Did Adam Young's producer think Shaq would boost their sales on Vanilla Twilight, a very lyrically cheesy love song? Yeah. Shaq's good at that.
Bah, I need to post this thing before midnight. I love you. Night, guys.
Rad: Rollerblading. Jesus.
Unrad: The movie I watched tonight. I don't even want to talk about it.
xx
This is why I didn't answer your question about Shaq: Who is Shaq? The answer is probably money, though. It all too often is.
ReplyDeleteNice song. Thanks for the link!
I know what you mean about having all of the new blogs to read everyday! It's a bit crazy! =]
